Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips, Im obsessed



1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
1 orange peeled and chopped
3 kiwis peeled and chopped
8 oz canned crushed pineapple (drained)
2 green onions chopped
1/4 cup green pepper chopped
1 Tbs lemon juice

Directions: Mix all of the above together. Chill for 10 minutes. Serve with Cinnamon Crisps.

Cinnamon Chips:
Tortillas
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
melted butter

brush butter over tortillas, Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, broil until light brown. keep your eye on them while they are under the broiler so they do not burn!

TIP: Try spraying tortillas with butter flavored cooking spray to save some calories. Also, use whole wheat tortillas or whole wheat pita chips for a healthy alternative. Enjoy!!
