Turkey Roll-ups

This makes enough for 1 person. It takes very few ingredients so many servings can be made at a time!
Prep Time: 2-3 minutes

2 Large slices peppered turkey from the deli (about 8 inches in diameter)
2 thin slices of provolone cheese
1/2 cup spinach (chopped to confetti consistency:1/4 cup per rollup)
2 Tbs honey roasted slivered almonds(1 Tbs per rollup)
2 Tbs dried cranberries(1 Tbs per rollup)
2 Tbs of your favorite vinaigrette(1 per rollup) I use Brianna's blush wine vinaigrette, its delectable

1) Layer the ingredients in the order they are listed, starting with the turkey, ending with the vinaigrette.
2) With your fingers, pick up the edge of the turkey and GENTLY roll up all of the ingredients (like a taquito)
3) Enjoy.

Tip: This makes for a great snack during the day. Try to pre-pack your snacks so you avoid grabbing processed snacks that are usually loaded with sugar, salt, fat, and preservatives.
